I just placed an order, when will it ship?

As soon as you order, we're working behind the scenes to process and ship your order. We ship from our partnered warehouses throughout the world.  Processing times are 1-7 days.Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at info@cultureandbloom.com.   

Can I return my order? 

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee for products that are delivered defective or damaged. If your delivery is damaged, please email our team at returns@cultureandbloom.com. In some cases, a picture  of the defective product may be required to process your request. Please Include a name and order number on all return requests.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary due to location and COVID-19 safety precautions. We ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 4-15 business days.

Where is Culture + Bloom headquartered?
We're everywhere. Without a traditional storefront, we're able to provide you with better offers, deals and services. We have team members based in LA + ATL.
